Lifetime Warranty: CasePC is proud to warrant to the original purchaser that the products are free from defects in material , workmanship or tailoring. If after we check it out we find the product is defective, we will fix or replace it without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, and it excludes claims of incidental or consequential loss.

Warranty Issues : If you have a warranty issue, please forward clear, well lit photographs to the customer service address above with a brief description of your situation along with the color, size and model of your MacCase product. Also include your ship to address. You will be contacted after your case is reviewed.

Refund Policy: There is a 15 day full refund policy after purchase or arrival date of goods. Please forward your return to the address above with a note telling us what you would like us to do (refund or exchange). Customers are responsible for the returned shipping costs. Original shipping costs to deliver order will not be part of the refunded amount unless it is found to be company error in how the order was processed.
