Why CasePC?
With so many computer sleeves available for laptops, why does the world need another? The world did not need just another one, it needed a better one. We started with a better way of thinking about protection to come up with a more effective way to protect. Almost all laptop sleeves available open along the long axis with a zipper. Not only does the zipper wreak havoc on the finish of your machine, but having the opening as large as possible (along the long axis) is a fundemental design flaw if you goal is to provide protection for the contents inside. Any structural engineer will tell you that the most secured structures have the smallest holes possible in them, not the largest. (Think of a castle). Understanding
this, the CasePC Sleeve has it's opening along the short axis, allowing the highest amount of protective integrity the materials will allow. If your goal is to protect the contents, minimizing the opening to allow the highest level of protection possible is the best solution. CasePC has it.

Starting inside each CasePC Sleeve, you'll find a soft velvet liner that will never scratch, chip, dent or in any other way reduce the value or appearance of your machine. Combine this with a NON ZIPPERED closure, which will also never scratch your machine and you'll already way ahead of the competition. Add in layers of high density foam and a proprietary, water proof, puncture resistant, nylon and polyester outer skin which creates an exceptional layer of protection against the elements and other items you may be carrying and you have a Sleeve you can use in almost any situation.

Functionally speaking, our "SureGrip" front panel inserts allow confident and secure handling of your computer while in the Sleeve. Our large rear pocket works in the horizontal or vertical positions making the versatile CasePC Sleeve the perfect companion for a backpack, messenger bag, briefcase or tote bag.


Which CasePC Sleeve will fit my computer?
CasePC Sleeves come in 5 unique sizes- XSM, S, M, L, XL, to fit almost 98% of all laptops made (not just the most popular sizes). So if you have a small, compact Sony T Series or a large Dell Gen2, you'll find protection for it with CasePC, along with Sleeves for all the 15" and 15.4 machines out there as well. We offer a lifetime warranty. Please take a look at the warranty and refund policy section on the Contact page.


When will you ship my order?
Upon receipt of your order, our order entry department will generally need between 1-2 business days to verify the payment information and process the order. Actual delivery time depends on your location relative to our San Diego based headquarters. Most orders take about a week to arrive. Back ordered merchandise will take longer.


international Shipping?
Yes. For all international orders, customers will be billed at international express air rates. International shipping costs include international air freight, export document fees and duties imposed by your country.


When will you ship the international order?
Upon verification of your payment on file (between 24-48 hours), we will ship the merchandise via DHL, FedEx or US Postal Service International Express Service. We will verify every credit card payment to the issuing bank of the credit card holders. ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES WILL BE REPORTED. International shipping time is typically between 3-5 business days (not guaranteed). Actual total shipping period depends on the air courier plus the time for the payment verification processing.


What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product I ordered upon receipt?

Be sure to included a note with what you would like us to do (credit your account or exchange) and all correct information will we need to do it. The customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refunds?
All items can be refunded. You can exchange them with another item but the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you exchange for a higher priced item, your credit card will be charged the difference.


When will the refund be processed?
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will credit the charges to your credit card minus S&H, within 24-48 hours.
